Bell UH-1D Huey

by Doug Cohen (1:35 Panda Models)

Bell UH-1D Huey

This is a 1/35nd scale Panda models Huey UH-1D. I scratch built the figures and cut the Huey up to represent a Medivac Chopper that was shot down on a rescue mission. Vietnam October 14th 1963. The model was modified extensively, the rotor head and interior were detailed and I used a set from the Cobra company for a lot of the interior like the instrument panel.

I used Tamiya paint for the airbrushed areas, the major areas of the chopper, and Reaper paint for the details and the figures.
