1/48 Tail Boom Agusta Bell AB-47 J-3

This is my Agusta Bell AB-47 made from the Tail Boom multimedia-kit manufactured by the italian modeler Maurizio di Terlizzi.

It was fun to build, facing the usual difficulties of those products. Most parts fit together quite well. Some smaller details, mostly in the cockpit, are scratchbuilt.

The decals were ink-jet printed and had to be sealed before using. They didn’t went on as good as mainstream stuff, so I used italian roundels from my spares box.

Excellent work on your wonderful little kit.  I have one of these to build and seeing yours makes me want to get going on mine!
