This is the 1/48th scale Kaman SH-2F Seasprite. I used the Matchbox kit and a lot Cobra Company resin parts to upgrade the kit.

Hi Jan, I reckon you deserve a medal for your efforts on turning the Matchbox kit into a model that represents an SH-2. There really isn't much to work with in the kit, yes you've used a lot of after-market parts but it is a great looking model. Regards Heloman

Nice 'sprite

Very nice work, Jan. Now that I know it can be done, I may have the inspiration to to get my Matchbox kit out. I had it and the Cobra Co. sets for quite a long time. Your fine model is a wonderful sight.
