Kamov Ka-25 Hormone

This is the Kamov Ka-25 in scale 1/72 based on the already ageing Airfix kit. This kit was a long time the best available Kamov helicopter kit, even before the the russian and ukranian company's started with their Kamov series. The parts have a great fit, a pitty is that the clear parts are too thick. I made some improvements in the cockpit area and the rotor mast. The rotor blades were placed in transportaion modus. The light blue painting was applied using my airbrush and was a mix of Xtracolor colours. The decals are from the Airfix kit.
