Sikorsky CH-124A Sea King

Here is my 1/48th scale model of a Royal Canadian Navy CH-124A Sea King.

As a basis I used the Hasegawa kit. It represents a SH-3H, and to convert it into a CH-124, I used Belcher Bits resin conversion set "BB1 CH124 Sea King Sponsons and Radome" which provides the short sponsons and search radar radome. The second resin set I used was BB2, it provides the sonobuoy launchers and crash position indicator (CPI) for the CH-124A.

Not on my model but in case you want to do the Gulf War machines, BB3 provides all the additional equipment carried.

The markings for the Canadian Sea King are from Belcher Bits' decal sheet "BD1 Canadian Naval Helicopters".
