Here are pictures of my Seaking to S-61 conversion of a couple years ago. I used parts from the following Seaking kits Lindbergh, Revell and Fujimi. The conversion kit from Aircraft in Miniature was used, this kit wasn't much help except for the sponsons and stab.
The biggest challenge was reshaping the tail which I pretty much just eyeballed and adding the plug to lenghten the fuselage. I cut out all the windows and doors and added stairs...don't forget the little flap door in front of the sliding cargo door. The cockpit got the usual treatment..p/e seatbelts, dashboard improvements while the passenger area got some seats.
The twin pitot tubes were scratched and then I drilled through the rotor cap and mast so I could have the blades rotate while the pitot was fix, guess this would be the second biggest challenge in this build. It works like a charm I must admit but I am not able to remove the blades for transport.
I finished it in Canadian Coast Guard colours using assorted decals and then I came across  decals from Canmilair which has both the old and new paint schemes for it.

That is an excellent result

That is an excellent result from some serious kit-bashing. I have the Transport Wings conversion set but it looks pretty daunting.

tks. It was my first attempt

tks. It was my first attempt at a major conversion, needless to say I have kept my other builds OOB or with just a bit of improvements.

Excellent Job

I am impressed with your work on this subject, especially since I built Canadian content.  I have the Transport Wings S61-L  and S61-N conversion sets but have not the nerve yet to try my hand at such a major conversion.  I would like to know more about your technique.    TTYL   -Ernie

Ernie, tks for the comments. As for techniques, I don't have or do anything special just your basic modelling skills and lots of cursing. Where abouts are you in Canada?
