Internet shops are listing a 1/32nd Eurocopter EC-135 Polis. The kit is from Revell and has product number 4484 and pricing is around $29.

The strange thing is that it is not listed on the Revell homepages. Neither the one from Revell Germany nor Revell USA. If somebody has more info.

Polis helicopter

I understand this kit has been around for some time already, but.....only apparantly in Sweden, hence the swedish registration and the word POLIS, but i think Revell decided to have it appear in the rest op the "world" as well....good thing for us, right?

The kit is indeed not new (http://www.helikitnews.com/issues/hkn214.htm) and was exclusively produced for Sweden - My guess is that Revell has some over-production in stock because some of them appeared as fund-raising lottery- prizes at German modeling exhibitions.

Nice find Tim and Felix! I will definitely get myself one. Too bad companies like Revell never release seperate sprues; I could have used it on other EC135's I have built.

Just curious: does anyone know what that thingy is that sticks out of the back of the fuselage, under the beginning of the tailboom? It looks like some kind of microphone.
